AbstractOil and Gas Company wil became additional deliquidizer at FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) location in Madura Ocean. Additional Deliquidizer causes Liquid carryout from LP-Scrubber to LP-Compressor, then necessary additional deliquidizer to separation between liquid and gas. From additional Deliquidizer, necessary additional line tie-in for distribution fluid equipment to another equipment. Tie-in point is a patch of an existing pipeline due to maintenance or improving the performance of a piping system. Tie-in point is carried out on the existing line from the LP scrubber to the lp compressor with the type of connection flange connection. Design additional line tie-in use software to design, the design must consider a narrow area. Diameter for design use 8” and 2”. Stress analysis in the final project calculating use software for analysis and manual calculation focus on static stress analysis of additional line tie-in  which include sustain load, occasional load and thermal load. Stress value determined according to the limit of ASME B31.3. Dynamic analysis just available is natural frequency determined according API 618. And calculating budget plan include material take-off, schedule, and cost install for the additional line tie-in.
